"A very clean, well kept property for our stay when we come to visit family. We usually end up with a suite which is nice and we enjoy the extra room during our stay. We have always had excellent service while staying here and especially enjoy the courtyard. It has great access to the 241 making it super convenient to arrive and depart."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The breakfast was good, the gym was excellent, and the proximity to restaurants was a bonus. My only complaint is that 1 of their 2 elevators was down for the entire time I was there. This made wait times really long. Their stairwell access wasn’t convenient either."

"Cramped room even for two people Animal friendly so smelled like it. Rusty bathroom and clogged shower drain caused flooding daily. Surprise $10 per night parking fee. Just not worth it. No complimentary breakfast. Good location though. Well stay at newer hotels in the area next time."

"A lot to improve regarding service and maintenance The only good thing was the cleanliness. The front desk service was terrible and lacked any willingness to help. The breakfast is very basic, much inferior to other similar chains. Additionally, the sheer curtain in the room was torn and poorly cut with scissors. Those signs of neglect really take away from the quality of the place."

"The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room."

"This property used to be very good. But they now charge for parking in a shared parking lot in a business park. The beds are old. Amenities are mediocre. Staff seemed like you were bothering them if you asked for anything. Have stayed here many times. This was my last. Not a good value for what you pay."

"Stain on pillows. Only one soap bar toilet hardly flushed"
