"Room was very cleaned. Amazing view to the lake. The rooms looked a bit old, but they felt nice, like home. We only hated 2 things, the TV and breakfast. Tv had a weird system, we couldn’t really watch what we wanted since apps are blocked, only regular cable tv. As for the breakfast, it was ok. It felt like hospital food because it was so unflavored."

"The woman at the front desk switched us to a single queen bed room even though we had booked and paid in advance for a single king bed room. When I went back to the front desk to complain, she tried to convince that she gave me an upgrade by downgrading the bed size. She was rude and unprofessional. "

"I was positively impressed with this hotel. Room are new (maybe recently remodeled?), bed comfortable, great size TV, nice and efficient A/C. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only things were the lack of closet or room for clothes, no drawers at all, just 4 hangers inside the bathroom next to the shower. Also, the mini fridge and microwave make noises that bothered me during the night. Other than that, I really recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was OK there was no water in the rooms and no toiletries although they were in a giant bottle in the shower. Biggest issue was we had a king suite for $170 per night for three nights and then I changed it to two queen size beds and when we got there it was no longer a suite and the charge was $300 per night and the hotel would have made the adjustment but they said they couldn’t because basically Expedia owned and purchased the rooms so the rate was up to Expedia and they would not...
