"Front staff amazing ! Friendly and helpful ! Close to Kyoto station . Great room with fun bunkbeds but still giving space to relax after long hot humid days ! Added fun with the rent out of a chess board and massage device 😊. Enjoyed the barley tea for tea time !!! Recommend for families who want space and have teens . Added bonus of laundry on site . Thanks for some great memories !! Also the matcha cookies was a great incentive to an avoid unnecessary housekeeping 😉😊 delicious !!!!"

"The apartment has everything that you need. It's clean e well organised. There is a wash machine that washes and dries clothes and it doesn't make noise. That helped us a lot in this hot weather. One observation:: I just missed an iron. I definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you very much for this wonderful place!!"

"This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!"

"We were really happy with our location near the river, Gion district, and walkable distance to kyoto station or Nishiki market area. The 205 bus also stops outside this apartment which was super convenient for visiting other areas around Kyoto. The beds and amenities in the apartment were really comfortable and the bathroom was first rate. We loved having a balcony to peek out at the world before leaving our apartment. Highly recommend. "
