"The staff are very nice even when we had to check out early and had our luggage in the hotel, they were so kind to still assist us. Staff are multilingual so its very easy to communicate too! Will stay here again ."

"I lost the hotel key card (US$0.20) and the hotel charged me a US $6.50 for it. I travel internationally very often and sometimes the room key cards are not even returned and I never had any hotels ever charged me for a lost or non-returned twenty cents key card."
