The serving staff at restaurants was a mixed bag, some quite rude and not interested in giving good service at all, others were wonderful. "What a fun experience! IT IS A SMALL SPACE POD!!! Not a room!!! 😂❤️ I had a shock when I arrived because I misread the details but the staff reassured me it was comfy and held my biggest bag for me. I had to get into it like five times and everytime they were happy and friendly to get it out again for me ❤️ You get a massive locker for personal items. "The air conditioning was quite noisy, which made it uncomfortable at times. I also think the restaurant reservation system could be improved to be more efficient and user-friendly. The French restaurant, which required an additional fee, was disappointing—the steak was overcooked and dry. The service was also not great, as the staff handled the plates roughly. There were very limited activities available, with the pool being pretty much the only option."

"I enjoyed Mayan Monkey! It was close to a lot of the fun activities and nightlife. The view of the ocean didn’t look so good because of the construction, and my room 206 (co-bedroom) was never cleaned and I was there for 4 nights and five days. However the staff were wonderful, professional and super sweet! Their food and happy hour was awesome. I’ll be back!"

"The staff was really nice, and they organize many great activities for free - however it was very loud, with music blasting very late into the night, and the walls were very thin, so we could hear everything happening in our neighbors' rooms. Did not sleep well at all. Very disappointed with the noise. "

"Beach was great but there was construction from 8am-10pm it was no bueno One pool very small But the staff were were very nice to us as it was our honeymoon and the food was excellent Our room had a window into the hallway which was weird and the air condition made giant puddles on the floor. They were stingy about what we wore to the buffet no tank tops (odd for Mexico but again the food was great) Lots of ways they were trying to upsell which I don’t like personally "
