The staff at the property were so helpful and pleasant for the entire visit. The people working a the front desk as well as the staff in each restaurant were so knowledgable and sincere in their attention to details. The people that cleaned the room also did an excellent job each day. We stayed a full week and loved out time there. The employees were an impressive bunch of great people.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, where the staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to serve the food at a hotter temperature. Overall, we can't wait to visit again.😊

The resort was amazing I was here for 4 days, the staff was amazing they made you feel like you belong and your at home, the restaurants were amazing they go beyond what you would expect. The room I had was good only problem was the door lock to the bathroom was broken so I could not lock my bathroom door but other than that it was amazing. Next time I’m back in Cancun I will definitely book with dream again.
