"I wish I got her name! The check in "clerk" was so helpful. We needed directions to a venue by not taking the interstate. She wrote some directions on a sticky note, but when we left for our concert, she stopped us and gave us a print out with the precise directions. It was amazing someone would go to such lengths to help a customer. Thank you from the both of us. "

"Hotel was great overall. Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint would be the infestation of mosquitoes in the pool room. There is only one small UV light catcher that is too small for the size of the pool room. "
