"Great location. Nice rooms. Laundry remains an issue and has been at every hotel I stay at. This hotel actually has the most number of machines at any hotel I’ve stayed at and you can actually see the status on the TV which is helpful. People left their clothes in way after their cycle was done and I had to ask the hotel staff to help out. They remove stuff from the laundry if no one has collected laundry an hour after it has finished which I believe is too long. Regardless of my laundry rant. We had a great time. Staff were very helpful. I left some clothes in the room by accident and they were able to get them for me even after I had checked out. Great stay overall."

"I really enjoyed staying at Shinjuku Washington Hotel with my family for 4 nights in August of 2026. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the quality of food was great. It’s also so convenient to Shinjuku Station and all the restaurants, bars and shops surrounding the area. A must stay if you’re in Shinjuku City. The only issue I have was that the bathroom is so small and not ideal for those 6’3 and above. Stay here, I highly recommend Shinjuku Washington Hotel in Tokyo."
