"Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though!"

"We chose this place for the location. But there were a lot more to it than just the great location. The amenities were awesome: got a bag of clean PJs and a set of towels every day delivered by the door and the selections of tea were great. The best part was the water pressure of the shower! Although the room was really tiny, just enough for 2 retired adults who used the room just for sleeping and resting."

"This was our first trip to japan and honestly it could not have been better. First of all, this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. You have two 7/11 within walking distance as well as a small market, drugstores, mcdonald's if you're picky, and multiple small businesses. Neighborhood is incredibly calm and it is really nice taking a night stroll. Rooms in japan i've heard are quite crowded but i think our small room gave us all the space we needed. Bathtub was a bit small but hey...

"Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet"

"立地や金額などは問題なかったのですが、敷布団を使う時に広げたら大きな茶色のシミがついているのを家族全員で見てしまいかなり不快な気持ちにになりました…なんとか一名が我慢し敷布団を使用しましたが気持ちいいものではありません。 ベッドの方は問題なかったと思います。トイレ、バスルームもひとつなので4人で泊まるには少し不便でした。テレビのある部屋で寝た家族は近隣の居酒屋の客の声が朝方まで響き眠れなかったみたいです。"

"This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend."
