Building were only service with just 6 to 8 persons and every morning, it's just a terrible wait for stopping all floors before you can end up on ground for your breakfast. "Of all the hotels I stayed in during my stays in Tokyo, the Nippon Seinenkan Hotel is the one (to date) I'm most likely to return to again. The hotel and rooms were very clean, the staff was wonderful, and - as a baseball fan - the lobby itself overlooked the Meiji Jingu Baseball Stadium.
