"The property was very clean and the staff were lovely. Whilst the rooms are small, it was plenty of space for a solo traveller. Highly recommend."

"The Ultimate Convenient Base in Shinjuku! Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku (Oct 10–15) was the perfect base for our Tokyo trip. The hotel is spotless, and the service is excellent—the staff are extremely welcoming and efficient. Though compact, the room was super functional and came fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need. Location-wise, it couldn't be better: a short walk to major transit lines and shopping. A huge highlight was the fantastic Food Hall directly across the street for easy dining options. On top of that, having the Limousine Bus pick up directly at the hotel front door saved us from dragging bags through busy train stations. Perfect stay overall! Highly recommended!"

"Excellent Location, Wonderful Staff & Impeccable Service An excellent hotel in a fantastic location, just a 4-minute walk from Shinjuku Station’s South Exit, with easy access to trains, shopping, restaurants, and everything Tokyo has to offer. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really makes this hotel stand out is the wonderful staff. They are friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, with assistance available 24/7. They were especially accommodating in helping us arrange luggage forwarding, making our travels around Japan so much easier. A very pleasant and convenient stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!"

"We stayed here for 4 nights. It’s conveniently located in Shinjuku, a quick walk to just about everything and close to the train station. The staff is very helpful and check in/out was a breeze. They were also able to forward our luggage onto Kyoto very quickly and easily (and cheaply). We would definitely stay here again."
