"Wonderful! However, lines for everything: to check-in, to check-out, to ask a question about parking, to have breakfast at the cafeteria. For a 5-star hotel like this there should be a better way… I also faced a rude attitude from one of the front desk clerks when I made a simple reasonable inquiry about my bill. This makes you feel that you are just one more of thousands of guests and that she don’t really care."

"Great location, excellent pool, we had an amazing view of the pool and lights of the strip including the Eiffel Tower. Front desk staff very friendly. Had a lovely stay. Our room was in the Bordeaux Tower and the elevator banks were near the taxi/Uber stands. Overall we had a great stay."

"After reading some very negative reviews we tried to cancel but were unable so we went ahead and checked in. We paid for an upgrade and were assigned a room on the 16th floor with a view of the 2 pools. There were 2 working elevators that seemed new with very little wait. The room showed its age with a noisy but efficient air conditioner, the room door wouldn't close without muscle power, and An old tub/shower. The room was clean but needed vacuuming. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows of different firmness. If you want housekeeping you have to call the front desk. There are 2 very clean pools with different water levels, presumably for adults & kids. A lifeguard is assigned to each pool. Reclining chairs and towels were plentiful. There is a cantina next to the pool where you can buy drinks and food. It's a pleasant, relaxing area. The casino wasn't crowded and they had many of the newest slot machines. One of the best assets of this hotel is the staff. Every staff person we met from Arthur & Tony at the front desk, housekeepers, maintenace , and Security were friendly & accommodating. Best of all was the price & location. 3 days stay equalled one day at other hotels. The MGM and monorail station is across the street. We were expecting the worst, but we had a good experience."

"Came to Vegas for a DWTS performance at Fontainebleau. The Park has great restaurants a Starbucks shops and more.. unless you really want to walk rideshare is advised. The room was great. Queen beds comfy with plenty of pillows. NIce bathroom with hair blow dryer. A mini fridge would’ve been nice. The VIP office was very helpful regarding a check-in issue created by third party booking. Have visited this venue since it was formerly the Monte Carlo. Enjoy!"
