"Great staff, room, and the food is excellent."

"Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great."

"The staff was very nice. The room was clean, but there were a few things I was not happy about. 1. I don't know if whether there was only hot water sometimes or it just took for ever to warm, but it was annoying. 2. The ac unit had a gap in between the wall and the unit and it was really windy this weekend so all night you could hear the wind coming out of that gap, it made it hard to sleep. 3. "The restaurant and the elevator were both closed. It was also in a bad neighborhood with hardly any restaurants around. Lots of Vegas wedding chapels and x-rated book stores though. It did not look like it did in the picture however the room was clean and neat and the staff was helpful."
