"Very Big Mistake Taking this booking this hotel due to the following issues: 1. Receiption can't be contacted by phone and have to rund down to reach them, and not one working at night incase of an emergency 2. No extra key given as 2 pax as our appointment time varies and we had difficulties 3. Refused to give me 2 single bed room 4. Noisy from next door room like loud laughing and phone sound or vibrating middle of the night non stop 5. Toilet need some attention like flush and shower...

"My wife and I spent three nights at The Danna Langkawi in late June 2025, and it was truly exceptional. Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel I've stayed at during my extensive travels across Southeast Asia. Our experience far exceeded both our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that guest care is at the heart of everything this hotel does. Malaysia is known for its 'Malaysian Hospitality,' and after living here for 18 months, I can confidently say The Danna embodies that ethos in every way. Every aspect of the hotel reflects quality - from the superb food to the best cocktails we’ve had in the region. But what truly sets The Danna apart is its outstanding staff.
