The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁"

We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements.
