The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and premium. "This hotel is located an easy monorail trip from KL Sentral and walking distance to many attractions eg KL Tower, Petronas towers, etc and near many resta5and shopping centres eg Pavilion. "Check in process was not great, assisted another guest during check in. The bathroom water drain is blocked so there was a small pool of water when showering. Other parts of the room were clean. Breakfast was good."
