"I needed a plave close to FCO but didnt wamt to be in Rome as I was burnt out from all the peolle. This place was perfect! The couple hosting are so dearing and accommodating. They helped me mail a package, the room had so many litte touches including a luggage scale. The Mister even met me at 6am just to help me with my luggage! They even aent me on my way with a wonderful care package with snacks and juice for the long travel day"

"This property is in a quiet residential area just two short blocks from the seashore, where there is a sandy beach with a shore walk and a variety of restaurants and bars for any kind of refreshment. A food store and a church are nearby as well, making this a pleasant area to spend some time. The hotel itself is clean, efficiently managed and the staff does all it can to care for their visitors. It was a pleasure to spend three days here while touring Rome. "

"I highly recommend this property. Very nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Also, the owner helped us to arrange our ride from the bus station to the property, and then next day to the airport.
