Surpise that this place is really a cosy boutique hotel like home concept. Very clean & beautiful, friendly staff and just 3mins from Airport. They staff help to book grab for me at 4am. Even they are off duty. Have Drop key box for Early Checkout. Front office until 12am only

I came to Penang to register my daughter into USM. It’s a great choice. It’s near to USM around 15mins. Car can park inside hotel with gates for FREE. speedmart 100meter, waking distance for local food. Becareful they lock the gate at 12midnight for security .

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

There was no water supply of the hotel. The staff just gave a two bucket of water and that’s all. I could not take any bath before I got on the plane. Which was a really awful experience. There was not any food supply except cup noodle from the hotel and there were no restaurant nearby. For elderly and disabled person please avoid this hotel because there is no elevator and the staff would not give you any help in carrying your big luggage. I left at the mid-night for my plane and there was no one the reception but I saw an European family just standing there helplessly waiting for check in. As a hotel near the airport and suppose people staying here as a midnight plane departure and arrival. As least a midnight reception duty is essential to tourists. I will never ever go to stay in this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone especially with midnight plane catcher.
