It is good for family stay. Overall is clean. Perhaps, a bit noisy during the day as it is next to the road. Nevertheless, as a tourist point of view, you will be going out and this does not affect you that much.

超乎預期的設施與設備，我給絕對的滿分。但如同其他評論所說，因為剛好面臨繁忙的大馬路，音量真的較大，不過床的舒適度還是讓我即刻陷入昏迷，整體還是推薦給大家。不ok的是hotel.com並沒有通知我入住在原地check in就好，害我多跑來回一趟到二館。

Very impressed!

Our favourite accommodation from our trip in Malaysia and Singapore. Excellent customer service from start to finish, daily housekeeping and replenishment of water, toiletries etc. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable, great AC, fantastic shower, use of washing machine. Although the hotel is right next to a fairly busy, but small road, later on at night the noise is no issue whatsoever and as a light sleeper I had no trouble sleeping! Would highly recommend, good value for money and would return again in the future. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Likes : accessibility to nearby food stalls like wet market n famous yam rice coffee shop. 10min.walk to Pragin mall and 1st ave mall. Interior design n lighting design ia good except mirror in room not brightly lit for doing make up. Whenever we book grab it takes around 5-10min. Dislike. Phone cannot access reception. Washing machine takes a v long time to wash n spin dry. Tv has v limited chinese tv channels Daytime is all malay PROGRAMs n night time only 1 channel with chinese or Korean tv program. Will b better to have another wc since there are 4 staying together. All bedroom should have a tv n a big mirror well lit.

Exceeded our expectations. Hotel is spacious, clean and modern. Has all the amenities that one may need including an induction stove, microwave oven, washing machine etc. Location is quite good as well - walking distance to 1st Avenue mall, Komtar, Cecil Street hawker centre, Hin Bus Depot.

Absolutely fantastic little apartment. We are two people, each had our own room, and the rest of the apartment was perfectly decorated and completely spotless. First thing we did was a load of laundry (and thank goodness they had laundry soap there!). The entire place is modern with western standards. Location is an easy walk to Georgetown, a couple blocks from the mall, and generally well appointed. Check-in was a breeze once we realized we needed to call, and they were kind enough to let us in to the apartment earlier than the stated check-in time. Would definitely recommend!
