"Dichtbij station. Veel wegwerkzaamheden rondom maar behalve het omlopen viel de overlast mee. Redelijk ontbijt en prima bed. Wel wat warme kamer"

"It was a very good stay for such a reasonable price! The bathroom was very much up-to-date and clean, bed was warm and comfy and the blankets are soft. It is an old building so the noise can be easily heard from other rooms. There was some guest above us that was very loud and noisy during 2am to early 6am so i wasn’t able to sleep as sound. But overall it is a great place to stay, just depends on whoever is above you"

"For the price (£30) for the night, it was decent enough. Was in the city for an evening function so was purely a bed to sleep on. Room was compact but had a small table and chairs, TV, kettle. "We initially checked into a room but as we opened the door it stank of stale smoke. We went straight to the reception and they switched our room with no fuss. Thankfully the second room was absolutely fine! Shared bathroom, which we knew upon booking, but there are actually lots of toilets and showers dotted around the property so if one is busy, it doesn’t take much to find the next one. Decent price for Brighton, and incredible views from the attic room! "

"It was a bright clean room and the beds were really comfy, we also had a partial sea view. The TV was just a free view model and it took me ages to work out how to operate it. The codes for the doors require that you press the star key to clear before you enter the number this is not on the instructions and caused some stress on arrival when we couldn’t get the door open. The WiFi offers two options that both work with the passcode, one is okay and the other is terrible. The main bedroom light...

"We stayed for 1 night and it was ideal for our early flight from Heathrow in the morning. It was a tad noisy, but to be expected in the area! All in all, good value for money "

"The hotel is lovely building staff can't do enough breakfast 1st class The standard dog accommodation room was very basic after 1 night we were going to leave but they changed our room at no extra charge to another which was fantastic. when we stay again we will ask for this room Thank you orange grove hotel & gardens"
