"Wow!!! This old Palace turned hotel is amazing!!! The service was above first class in all areas. Property was lovely. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We did order a late afternoon meal at the bar area because the restaurant didn’t open til 7:30. we ordered hamburger with fries but it came with chips and we ordered the salad with out chicken. They sent to chicken which was very dry. Loved to walk along the water. We took a 1/2 day private tour of Porto highlights which was excellent "

"Quite new property with modern installation and amenities and near the airport. Service is fast and welcoming. Breakfast is nothing special just the basic. Very convenient and clean hotel for a night before or after a flight. "

"La vue sur les vignobles du Douro est spectaculaire. Les employés aimables, sevice 5 étoiles. Petit déjeuner impressionnant beaucoup de variétés. Déception pour le restaurant. Nous avions choisi de diner le soir à ce restaurant, vraiment decu. Le menu n’est pas digne d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. Présentation très ordinaire, et choix très limité et basic. "
