"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. "The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English. They were also kind enough to let us check in 2–3 hours early, which we really appreciated. 10/10 Across the street there is a big supermarket which is super helpful. The room itself was a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness — around 7/10 for us. The biggest downside was definitely the beds. We booked a double bed but got two single beds instead. They were very loose and wobbly, which made sleeping quite annoying....

"It was such a wonderful experience at this beautiful Morden hotel. Greeted by very beautiful fragrant lobby area, clean and inviting. We had the privilege of being in the room with the castle view. The room was so clean and well maintained, great air conditioning. The staff very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was extremely tasty, fresh and of course hot, a buffet.
