"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. "I had a good stay there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 3 star. The gym needs and upgrade. There is a shuttle that takes you to the beach club, the beach chairs are not included as I assumed. Close to stores and restaurants and the bridge to cross to the marina. 10 min walk to the center, 20 to the public beach. There is a breakfast buffet with variety which was okay."

"I had never stayed at an Epic Sana hotel before and this was such a pleasant and excellent experience. Great location -close to Barrio Alto - very nice property with really excellent amenities: indoor pool and spa; a great rooftop pool with amazing views of the city and a good enough gym. "It was a very bad experience. Room air conditioner was not working at all. We had to fly early in the morning but me, my wife and kids couldnt sleep at all. It was a terrible experience. The hotel room was old. The mattresses were very soft and old. I would not recommend staying at this hotel"

"Perfect, walkable location steps from everything! Free laundry a HUGE benefit on a long holiday! Rooftop pool small but bar/space nice for a drink in the evening or when needing a break mid day d/t heat. Staff lovely, Room no complaints. Try the Mexican restaurant around the corner, best nachos ever!!"
