We experienced issues with our booking (we booked a 2 bedroom but were informed it was not available 4 hours prior to our check in), but Inés was very helpful and cooperative in providing us with a one bedroom with a pull out couch, along with a credit to compensate for the mix up. "This was the best place we've stayed at on our trip! The apartment is so spacious (it has 2 bathrooms!) and beautifully decorated. It's well equipped with modern facilities, yet still reserves the old charms. The building also has a lovely backyard with a pool. The location is perfect - close to most attractions and a few min walk to Capela das Almas de Santa Catarina and Bolhão market. Highly recommend!"
