The location and beauty of this hotel was phenomenal. Also the staff constantly went above and beyond in their services. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and hoping I can return some day soon!

The location was great! Right next to the river and restaurants and activities. Breakfast buffet was good, with out door and indoor seating. Service at the restaurant and hotel was mediocre. Our room was very dark, not enough light fixtures and had an unpleasant smell of humidity.

On our first visit to Porto, we chose this hotel for its location, charm and history. At check-in, we were offered exactly the room accommodation we had reserved but we were not entirely happy with it. The front desk professional, Leonardo, immediately responded with an amazing swap for a room that far exceeded our expectation! His kind and helpful attitude turned a mediocre stay into an instant 5-star experience! Well done and highly recommended!
