"Staff were extremely helpful and requests were fulfilled almost immediately. Great breakfast choice. Great location out of the hustle and bustle of the centre which is only a ten minute walk away. Rooftop bar wasn’t serving (possibly out-of-season) but we took our own bottle up there and enjoyed the wonderful views. The nearby The Bridge restaurant was excellent and can also recommend Bartolomeu bar and restaurant. Wanted to see the pink house at Serravaldes. However, arrived to fin out entry...

"A equipe do hotel é maravilhosa, todos educados, cordiais, proativos e simpáticos. O quarto é mto bom, estavamos em 5 pessoas, pegamos um quarto família, conjugado, com varanda charmosa para um pátio. O hotel fica em um antigo casarão/mansão, então é mto interessante, adorei. Café da manhã é excelente tb."

Como pega pondría que no estaba tan cerca del centro como esperábamos, hay que caminar unos 20/25 minutos para ir a los distintos puntos del centro turístico de Oporto. El camino es agradable porque está en la ribera de río."

"We really enjoyed our stay at “ the palace” Wonderful location in old town. Fantastic room! Super clean, comfy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with clothes washer and dishwasher. If only the weather had been better we would have totally enjoyed the garden we could access right from the room. The included breakfast was in a cosy little room with a family like atmosphere. Highly recommend."
