Had been staying this hotel everytime i visit Hatyai Thailand for a few years now.Its near alot of shop and market. Lee garden is just a few minutes of walk.

Ive been staying in this hotel since 2019 when I visited Hatyai 3 times every year. Its not considered 5 stars,but room is spacious and location is very good. With Kim Yong market a short distance away,Lee Gardens is 10 minutes walk. Overall,worth the stay.

I booked this hotel for my mom to stay for 5 days 4 nights. She absolutely enjoyed her stay and the breakfast buffet was amazing according to her. She also mentioned that the location was centralized but away from the bustling side so she had very peaceful and quiet rest at night. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and making my mom so happy throughout her stay. 😊

The room I was assigned was not as pictured, very old inside and floor is coming apart. Looked very old inside . Today when checking out I had No hot water . I paid 43 u.s. dollars a night for this place… not up to that standard. Staff was friendly .

Overall, I would rate it as 3 stars. The location was convenient as it was centralized, with all shops and markets within walking distance. However, I wish to highlight that guests need to prepare their own toiletries such as shampoo, soaps, and toothpaste as they are not provided by the hotel. Very good location. Parking within the hotel basement- parking entrance at the side of the building. A parking attendant will help with the parking and issue a parking slip which is to be validated at the front-counter upon check in. This validated slip is needed when one wants to drive away. Large room, clean, good hot and cold water with good water pressure. Recommended.

Suggestions

Check in time is 2.00pm but was delayed due to room cleaning. Maybe while waiting for the room to be ready, the hotel can prepare some welcome drink and snacks. That would improve the service level.

I ok in overall and cleaning staff are fine abd polite. Is my 2nd time stay so all is acceptable however, I'm not comfortable why they can't pass me 2 access cards but only one and also have to charge me if I request to check out at 1pm during the last day, during my 1st stay earlier I check out at 7am but didn't ask for refund right?
