"The absolute best thing about the Social Hub Porto is the location. You can literally walk everywhere from there. It has a vibrant feel, the breakfast was great, and the staff were helpful. The elevator can be very slow during busy times - 15 minute wait with suitcases. And upon arrival in our car it was completely unclear where to go, where to park, and how to get into the hotel. Something they could work on in the check in instructions. Loved it anyway."

The concierge gave us excellent dinner recommendations, and Felipe was so kind when we left and had trouble getting our Uber! He assisted us by talking with the Uber driver, who went to the wrong pickup spot, and carried our bags out around the corner to meet the driver. Above and beyond / excellent service! Service was impeccable! The best! The rooms are on the smaller side, but adequate...

"Kitchen sink and small stovetop too tight and was a challenge to use. Small shower roughly 30" x 36. Otherwise, all worked well, very nice window overlooking the street below."
