"Hotel and room are quite dated. Limited amenities and elevator was very dirty. Dirty towel smell in the washroom. On the flip side, the staff were very kind and accommodating. They can extend your stay for ¥1000/ hour till 2pm if you need a hub for a later flight. "

"The spa was awesome, perfect after a day of walking around. The Whiskey Nova restaurant was really good and a great relaxing experience after a long day in crowds."

"The place was clean and very welcoming. We came with 2 kids and it’s quite enough that it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Namba station nearby. Staff were helpful and friendly. They were quick for requests, like extra pillows we needed and towels. I would book here again next time I go to Osaka and recommend to others looking for a place to stay. "

"We loved our stay here, we traveled with our 10 month old so perfect for families the room was incredibly spacious. Washer and dryer was all in one which is nice. 3 min walk to Namba Yasaka Jinja closet train station is a 10 min walk, 7/11 right across the street, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Defiantly would stay here again and have already recommend to friends and family"
