"Amazing location! Safe clean area around hotel. So close to everything. Convenient train stations within 5min walk meant that we had a direct line to everywhere we wanted to go. Alot of things were walking distance. 5-10min walk to dontonbori street, 5min walk to a main shopping area (Namba). Amazing breakfast cafe 1 min walk from hotel. Clean room, great size room, good bathroom. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again."

"Didn’t stay the entire time and left halfway thru my trip. The area is ok, nothing too wild to write home about. Next room neighbours are noisy, they are super strict about room cleaning times and if you’re off by a few mins they leave you a note saying no they won’t clean your room. Was so turned off by it I just ended up checking out early."

"Compared to the others hotels I’ve stayed in Japan, my room was huge! It had wardrobe space (others didn’t even have a rail) and even a mini kitchen and washing machine. Unfortunately I was only there 2 nights but would have been perfect for a longer stay. The sauna and steam room were a little bonus and there was a decent gym. My room smelt a little smokey when I arrived but the receptionist was really helpful to air out the room for me and regularly checked in to make sure all was ok. Breakfast was mostly Asian-style with a few continental options. Great location, there was even a signpost for the hotel in Namba Station!"
