"Accommodation is to the highest level. I left my sunglasses and shipped it to my next hotel. The Best hotel of the 3 hotels I stayed in Japan. Location is also perfect. I will stay here again no doubt"

"This hotel has a great location minutes away from the train station and Dontomburi. Our room was very spacious and we liked the little seating area with table and chairs. We paid for the hot breakfast and it was ok. There were scrambled eggs and sausage. Jor coffee and some local items like porridge. The staff at breakfast were so nice! They say a farewell as a staff at the end of breakfast service e. The front desk staff helped us ship our luggage back to Tokyo. The free coffee is great as well. We would stay here again."

"Nice location however it’s hard to roll your luggage on the street to get to the hotel coz it’s for pedestrians only."

"Staff members were very helpful. The room had an amazing view of Osaka (we were on the 29th floor) Then room conditions were very old. Carpet looked dirty and there were multiple food and food stains still stuck on the bed runner on 2 of the 4 beds in the room, unsure if it was ever washed. Overall would not book again. "

"Hotel main lobby and amenities are as they post on the website but the rooms are outdated. The room had a sofa in it and it had stains on it. The carpet had bad patches and holes floor. The location of the in hotel is convenient to shops and nearby sites."
