"The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. We had a spectacular meal at Teppanyaki. However, the shower pressure was pretty weak. The spa was being cleaned one day and fully booked the next day, so we were disappointed to not be able to use it."

"I loved this place, but my review would be higher if they had an air conditioner. I paid for two rooms, and when we called the front desk while we were sweating, they told us we couldn't change it. The air/heating affects the whole floor. We did have a window we could open, but the nights would be loud. This is in a great location and walkable to about everything. "

"Location is great but rooms are too small. You literally have to do the sideways shuffle to get around your standard room meant for two in this hotel. I stayed alone so was able to shuffle around but my two sisters, who were meant to share a room, couldn’t because there was no please for two people to stand, let alone have their luggage. They had to pay more for an upgraded room."
