Recently stayed here as a family of 4 with both kids under 11. Staff has been bery helpful, especially Sandi who helped us navigate our transport options for our departure. Hotel room os spacious for what you can get in the area. About 20min walk to dotonbori and close to other transport/food options. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wishing to stay in Namba.

買物はすぐ近くのセブンイレブンか、大国町駅との間にあるライフで快適。 居室内に必要なものは一通り揃っていて便利。 とくにドラム式洗濯機があることで荷物がだいぶ少なくすることができた。助かる。 浴室はシャワーのみだが、夏場だったので問題なし。冬はどうかなぁ… 人数が多かったのでソファーをベッドに変身させて寝たが、このベッドが硬めでとても寝やすく自分好みだった。

Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.
