"Overall it’s pretty good. Close to beach and has shuttle take you there if you don’t want to walk (5 minutes) staffs are very friendly and helpful! The only suggestion will be if we can drop off the hotel towels at the beach counter instead of carrying wet and salted towels walking back to resort. "

"We has the best time here. Ariel was amazing and I couldn’t say enough about how he hooked us up for all kinds of deals for day trips and jet skis. He seriously is very dedicated and passionate about the guests. The only issue we had was a water leak through the wall when we gad some torrential rain that should be looked at asap. Ariel was great and got the place cleaned up and the tv on the wall replaced asap. Thank you for a great stay!"

"I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip."

"We’ve stayed at many places on Grace Bay, and we love walking to the town and restaurants. We knew Royal was a little further than we are used to, but thought we’d give it a go. It is definitely walkable and not bad to anything in town, but maybe just a little too far for our liking. About 20 min walk to the grocery store and 25 to our furthest fav walking spots. "Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. "First off this property is close to everything!!!! Shisha lounge is less than a 5 minute walk . Noah’s arc is about a 5 minute drive ! Aziza is a 3 minute cab (service really sucked staff were very rude!) I’d suggest getting a driver before hand because you’ll save money . The room was great very clean . Friendly staff. Staff were very responsive ! I’d stay here again ! "
