"Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. "Expectacular best hotel ever, thanks to Carmen and Cindy at the 4th floor restaurant they always super nice and best service ever. The beach is like paradise the swim up room is an A+ beautiful and the cleanliness super. Food everything about this hotel is a 5 start i will come back for sure. Best Family vacation"

"We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. I was able to relax in the hammock. We spent time on the beach and the various pools around the resort. Our group had dinner on-site at Hemingways ...

"The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!"
