"Location is great. Beach is great. Seven stars is generally lovely. We were having a great time. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night.
