Blue Haven resort is the smaller of the two sister resorts and we loved that. Most of staff is very friendly and engaging. The beach area and water sports were exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of activities to choose from and the excursions were pretty reasonable. Food was plenty!! We would definitely go back!

We had a little issue with no water pressure or hot water in one of our bathrooms, after four days they were able to fix it. Once Sheneka at the front desk found out, she took care of us. Smiley and Natalie, poolside was fantastic. Tange at tours was very helpful. The hotel beach and water was beautiful.

Had a great time staying at blue haven for our honeymoon! 10/10 recommend staying here because you get all inclusive access to both the Alexandra and blue haven! All of the food is amazing! I do wish there was more entertainment at night- was more of a quiet resort! Staff was amazing and drinks were fantastic! Would definitely come back!

The value of service provided at this all inclusive resort absolutely does not match the expense. I felt consistently misunderstood and treated quite poorly by the administrative staff and managerial staff. Especially in the context of having to move rooms (to a comparable room) for no logical reason. Their solution was telling me I could come back and have a discount. I’m not coming back to this property and I have no interest in returning to a place that does not value their patrons. I want to be clear that the service (wait staff) were all absolutely lovely, logical, and accommodating. Very very disappointing otherwise. A LOT of lip service!

Great place to stay away from Grace Beach. Very nice beach and quiet laid back atmosphere. For being an all-inclusive, it was ok. The service is decent, but the staff are not eager to help you out. The food selection was good, but the taste was mediocre. After spending time at all inclusive resorts in different countries, TCI is way overpriced for what you get.

We loved our stay at Blue Haven and would highly recommend it to anyone considering an all inclusive stay in Turks. It is definitely more quiet and less busy than its sister resort Alexandria. Given this was a trip away from the kids for my wife and I, it was exactly what we were looking for. Breath takingly gorgeous, good service, and excellent food. My only complaint would be the wait for some of the dining options. A suggestion would be to limit how many reservations can be made by Alexandria guests (they may already do this, I'm not sure). We would go back in a heartbeat!
