"The Pavilion is an excellent hotel. We had a corner room, with large windows making up the 2 external walls - it was a little noisy, but the views more than made up for this. We booked a 'club' room, in order to have use of the 'club lounge' - this worked very well for us and we made use of it every morning (for a peaceful breakfast) and evening (for drinks and a light meal). We have used many 'club lounges' over the years, and this was one of the better ones. The hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and attentive and all of the public areas are well maintained. Overall, the Pavilion is a very good hotel, and its location, sitting on top of a shopping mall, is surprisingly convenient."

"Great breaky choices and it was lovely to relax in and around the pool after going out nearby. I do think the pool area needs more umbrellas for shade options. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, friendly and thought of everything we needed before we even asked. Kader in particular stood out for his professional demeanour, helpfulness and friendliness. We will be back again and recommending to friends."

"Great location - next to Petronas Towers. Short walk to bars, restaurants, shopping mall and metro station. We stayed in a club room and the club lounge was like an oasis - lovely food and drinks with perfect views from the 24th floor. Swimming pool area was lovely - got very busy but always managed to find a sunbed. Staff were exceptional, particular the lovely man from Penang in the club lounge (sorry can’t remember his name) and the doormen. Only slight disappointment was breakfast - just didn’t do it for me. Would go back in a heartbeat."

"Great customer service in all departments. You are greeted at the enterance by freindly staff and check in was seemless. We were given complimemtary breakfast on our first day. We were given the wrong room number when we arrived and were given complimentary lunch for our troubles. My wife was celebrating her birthday and they provided a complimentary nice cake and treats for her. "

"I stayed at Seeds Hotel Premier Pudu (formerly Hotel Pudu Plaza) and found it to be a solid choice for a basic, affordable stay. We booked a room for 5 and were pleasantly surprised to find it was actually two rooms joined by a connecting door. Having 3 beds and 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us made the stay very comfortable and spacious. The room felt relatively clean and was not dusty, which I really appreciated. The location is also convenient; there are many food options nearby, a supermarket within the same building, and even a coin laundry nearby, which is perfect for us travelers. My only complaint was the bathroom; the water pressure was really very weak, and there was a lack of hot water for one of the bathrooms. If they could improve the plumbing, this would be an unbeatable budget stay! "
