"Great location, beautiful Views on Grace Bay. Our renovated room was big, had a lovely partial view of the Ocean and Pool area perfect for the three of us - BONUS we had a washer and dryer also in the unit. We (my wife and daughter) traveled with another couple and their daughters and had a wonderful time at the Alexandra. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the guest entertained with daily activities and evening events. Cheeky was a standout staff member who was always "on".

"The walk to the restaurants is not for seniors. It's a substantial walk if you are using a walker or wheel chair. the bikes were terrible. The basket on the bike did not move in the direction of the front wheel, which caused confusion when turning the bicycle. I did not see many stand up paddleboards or sailfish to take out into the ocean.
Strongly recommend a shuttle bus to take vacationers to nearby restaurants or grocery stores"

"The stay was nice. The WiFi connection was not great, and I planned to use the internet for some work so that wasn’t helpful. We were not told about the $200 per night hold before arriving, and we did not see the policy on the website. More activities and complimentary entertainment or shows on the shore club properties would be nice."

"My recent stay at the Sands in Grace Bay left room for improvement and did not meet our expectation. The check-in process was disappointing. Although the advertised check-in time was earlier, our room was not ready until around 3:30 p.m., which made for a frustrating start to our vacation. "Felt like the hotel personal didn't exist. Check-in - self performed, nothing in the room refrigerator, even water.
Didn't see a single security person. Everyone can have an access to every point in the hotel.
The restaurant/bar prices are outrageous.
Didn't get the proper respectful treatment by the personal."
