"Overall it’s pretty good. Close to beach and has shuttle take you there if you don’t want to walk (5 minutes) staffs are very friendly and helpful! The only suggestion will be if we can drop off the hotel towels at the beach counter instead of carrying wet and salted towels walking back to resort. "

"East Bay is the most relaxing resort. Was very chill and the staff was amazing! (CJ is the man!) They were very helpful. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and made our time there absolutely amazing. The beach is huge and feels like a personal private beach as many times were we the only people on the beach. Even when it was busy, it's massive so it never felt crowded. Definitely the place for a relaxing vacation not the best for those seeking partying or night life."

"We had a wonderful stay at the West Bay Club. It had a charming, quiet, "boutiquey" feel to it. The grounds were well-maintained, the staff was lovely, the food and drink were delicious, and all of our needs were met.
