"Very nice room that had a very functional kitchenette and also a washing machine and dryer in bathroom. The room was spotless and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again if visiting Queenstown."

"The ground and buildings look good - feels like you’re in a Swiss resort. Staff nice enough. Breakfast very average though. Had to pay $15 per day for parking which is expensive. It’s a hotel that gets large bus groups through so can be noisy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, well located etc. Highly recommend!"

"Nice property, rooms are a little smaller than they appear on the photos but fairly standard size for this kind of place. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and parking was very easy. Only thing to be aware of is the shared bathrooms get very cold at night since they leave the windows open so be prepared if you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night."
