"Room was outdated and found a barely dead roach in my room river view. But the view was good and didn’t have any issues with any other bugs in my room. Staff is nice. Only down side is in restaurant to drink my own wine with food I ordered from them they wanted me to pay them 60% of their list price of that bottle. So what I paid for bottle +just give them like $15-20 because I didn’t buy from them. Restaurant has an amazing river view"

"We initially had an issue with our room (no hot water) which was not a good way to start our vacation but the hotel staff were helpful in getting us sorted out with a new room after a few tries.
