"Breakfast was nice and staffs were very friendly. Not impressed with house keeping service. For family of 4, they were leaving only 2 fresh towels . Everyday they were only refilling sugar only and no coffee sachets.. Location is good. I believe that parking should be included in package."

Just bear in mind the last 10 minutes of the walk back to the hotel are extremely steep. However, this works wonders in walking off your dinner on the way home. The lake view rooms with balcony are especially nice and relaxing. Only issue we...

8/10 Baik
"Hotel in excellent location. Clean, comfortable room but needs a face-lift. Could do with a more exciting deco. Great bed and pillows. Staff very friendly and helpful. Eduardo in the restaurant was very cheerful and accommodating during breakfast. Food choices were good but could be better. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."
