"The apartment was able to hold 3 of us, but there was no good places for our luggage. There is no elevator but a bunch of stairs. Parking was included. We were able to walk to the touristy part of Queenstown from the apartment. It would have been nice to have some washcloths and kleenex."

"Older hotel, which is showing its age (dings, chipped paint). Best feature is proximity to CBD and the Harbourside walk. Not many people staying there but we didn’t get a Harbourview room. $30/day parking. Quiet. Small fridge and kettle, instant coffees/hit choc/teas, no microwave or other way to warm food. Small balcony with views of surrounding hills/neighborhoods. Good wifi."

"Rooms were really nice. Good size. The lift was broken which would have been nice to have been told before arriving, although we were moved to a lower floor. The room keys didnt work when we arrived, but the staff sorted it out quickly and were amazing to deal with. The night lights in the room are quite bright and are unable to be turned off. Overall was happy with the service after a few hickups but would stay here again. "
