"도착하자마자 발렛부터 너무 친절해서 기분이 좋았습니다. 발렛, 프론트데스크 뿐만아니라 손님들이 직접 대화를 나눌 일이 없는 청소하는 스탭 분들 마저도 굉장히 친절하다는 인상을 받았습니다. 저는 4월에 방문하여 비교적 손님이 많지 않아서 인지 한적한 느낌도 받았고 손님들도 전부 매너있고 조용해서 수영장 이용할 때도 너무 만족 했습니다. 방 청소도 항상 깨끗하게 해주시고, 비가 많이 온 날에는 바로 스탭분들이 방문 두들기며 타올 더 필요한지 물어봐주시고, 굉장히 세심한 서비스가 돋보입니다. 직전에 갔던 노스쇼어 유명 리조트보다 훨씬 만족도 높았습니다. 리츠칼튼레지던스에 대한 불만족 후기도 보았는데 저는 정말 모든 부분 만족했습니다. 위치도 하와이 처음 방문하시는 분들은 와이키키 끝자락이라 멀다고 생각하실 수 있지만 오히려 명품거리 끝에 조용한 곳에 있어서 좋고 결코 와이키키에서 벗어나있지 않습니다. 5-10분만 걸어도 사람들 가장 많은 중심부 도달할 수 있습니다. 그리고...

"I loved the property The staff was so kind and I couldn’t have asked for a better honey/baby moon. Everything was easy to book. Everyday between turn down service and morning service was great. That always made sure we are comfortable and everything was clean. It is expensive the restaurants and parking ( especially if you are staying on property) I would go back again. "

"Stayed with our family of 5. Great location land facilities. Maybe not the easiest to get to the main Waikiki beach but still close enough to everything. We did have a rental car for our entire trip and the parking was easy in and out. The breakfast was great and the service as well. Great value for families, especially if young."

"Property was good, had large cockroaches in room and a centipede as there was no seal on the bottom of the door to keep things out. Bathroom on the JR suite was extremely small. "I don't usually leave reviews but since I agonized over our hotel choice for Kauai, one would be useful! First off, we loved the location, it was close to the airport so we didn't have to travel far on arrival. In spite of this, we didn't hear a lot of noise from planes and the property felt peaceful. "I love the entance in hotel and was always acknowledge by the staff at the front end and by staff doing their jobs. I found their continental has a simple and quick chooses for breakfast. I also enjoybthe breafast in th Resturant. It is old hotel but it clean and warm theme. My only drawback is I wished I had small folded latter so I could plug in hairdryer on my own. As I found the plug a little to high on the wall. I go back to this hotel in the furture."
