Some of the staff were not friendly and helpful! They double charged the parking for instance, it took me talking to 3 different staff to find someone who wants to help me to sort it out

The hotel is fine. The resort fee makes no sense. The pool is small and surrounded by fake grass aka astro turf. Does not justify the $35 a night resort fee. The room is basic, nothing to write home about. The area this hotel is locatd in is atrocious. Stay down by the Outrigger or the direction of the marina. Here it is overun by homeless and transients and is kind of scary after dark. I have stayed at Outrigger, Hilton ans condos at the marina. All better than this hotel and about the same price or even less per night.
