I wasn't aware that there was no room service and this was very disappointing considering I could've stayed at almost any nearby hotel with service for a better price. "When we arrived we could not believe the terrible condition. Note this unit as AC unit in the living room, not bedroom. AC barely worked and with missing blinds it was hot! The management company did respond to our requests and very nice. They sent cleaners, fans, replacement chairs and maintenance to repair the blinds. "More so comfortably slept 3 ppl than 4, dishes a bit stained from excessive use by previous stayers. Overall cleanliness of rest of room was perfect and the view was fantastic."

"I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!"
