"This is a beautiful property with an attentive, friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The beach is easily accessed and the Luau was wonderful!"
"We had a very amazing stay, it’s a very calm ,quiet area that makes it enjoyable for relaxation, we had a view of the ocean and about a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach , there’s lots of shops and eating places within a 5 min drive which made it very convenient, would 10/10 recommend. "

Play a round of golf at Wailea Blue Golf Course and enjoy other activities in Kihei such as snorkelling. Amble around this romantic area's beautiful beaches or experience its great live music.
Sunsets turn spectacular along Kihei's golden beaches where snorkelling with sea turtles is best in the morning calm. Grab a shave ice after exploring nearby Molokini crater, or time your visit for winter when humpback whales breach just offshore.
Chill area. lEasy walk to most everything. Not just tourist driven shops, but also local crafts, local's restaurants, farmers and craft markets. Not a "resort town" it's a place where locals and visitors both move about and enjoy.

Check out Da Green for coffee, things on toast, and a tortoise! Try Kamaole Beach Park 3 to look for sea turtles and have a little swim. And although it was a bit expensive, our little family really enjoyed our trip to the Maui Ocean Center.

Kihei is pretty low key area with some good dining options and centrally located between Wailea, Kaanapali, and Kahului. This makes it a great place to stay for most destinations on island with the exception of Hana.

Much more living like a local rather than the resort area. Great food. Pick a place and try it!! Beaches were not crowded and the kids had a blast.

Kihei is a very busy area, but it does have about the only affordable vacation rentals available. Many are well past their prime though.

Traffic looks worse than it really is. Lots of stop lights and pedestrian crossings than react quickly to the push of a button slow everybody down tk a mellow pace. The Safeway and Foodland grocery stores have good alternatives to restaurants.

We enjoyed the low key environment. We had fun investigating restaurants and shopping areas. There are so many places to see and it's a wonderful area. Looking forward to returning to this area asap!!
"We stayed at the Fairmont for 5 nights with our family (three kids ages 6-13) and it was perfect. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom/tub, the staff was wonderful in all regards, the pools were great, private beach access was very easy, everything was clean, easy self-parking for our rented car. Some additional things we enjoyed were water bottles in the room (water refill stations throughout the hotel so you don’t have to spend an arm and a leg on water), complimentary shuttle to nearby hotels/restaurants (Grand Wailea, Four Seasons), and bell desk providing towels and water bottles when we went to Hana and nearby beaches. Hubby also enjoyed the Canoe Experience that comes your booking! Would definitely recommend staying here! "
"Everything we needed was in the room for cooking, going to the beach. Staff was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our 8 days there! ❤️ We will definitely come back to this property! "
"It was an amazing boutique resort the property is beautiful and very relaxing a different vibe from the other Wailea resorts the staff is great and the amenities are nice including the shuttles to anywhere in the Wailea area. Definitely would come back and say if you get a chance to check it out loved our suite"
