"Room lovely and clean,bed very comfortable, I'd have liked a top sheet as I found the duvet too warm but no cover, too cold, if I'd been staying longer than just one night I'd have asked and I'm sure I would have been provided with one. Lovely breakfast,choice of cooked or continental. Plenty of tea and coffee provided.
The shower was over the bath which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues. I used the leisure facilities and found it difficult to get into the Jacuzzi, a hand rail...

"The digital lock never worked and the swimming pool was out of order during our stay, which was disappointing as the children were keen to use it. There was also only one staff member with a rather arrogant attitude when we were asked to show ID and provide a card for access after the digital key failed, even though we were happy to provide all room confirmation and other details. This issue happened the second day of our stay.
The property was very clean, the breakfast was nice, and everything...

"Avoid! Club Quarters Hotel Covent Garden / Holborn.
We had no advance notice there would be disruptive work on the hotel and found the lobby was half closed for various work in rooms and the floors. I asked if the drilling or hammering would stop on Saturday and Sunday. We were assured by the man on the front desk that was the case. But the noise started at from 8:30am on Saturday. The walls are paper thin, anyway, and you can hear your neighbour quite easily. in fact, the room was just weird....

"Only stay at this hotel if it is the cheapest and you have no other options. It’s very basic and falling apart and staff were rude. But it’s a good location and often the cheapest place in London. "

"The property is in a great central location especially if you are seeing shows. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Sona in the restaurant and Mohammad in luggage storage. We had a few small issues with our stay. Our shower wouldn’t drain and kept overflowing into the bathroom. We told the front desk and they said they would fix it but it didn’t seem to help the problem much after they said it was fixed. Also we sent laundry out and instead of them delivering it to our room I had to go...
