"As a disabled person the fact that a taxi can not pull up to the front door is very inconvenient ( but not a fault of the hotel but the Leeds council) so the car park is a walk away to be disabled or not with bags cases is a struggle on departure I ask on reception if there was a porter to help me with my bag to the car park as I am on crutches after suffering a broken neck and back could see I was clearly struggling But on my way out the disabled exit a very kind member of staff saw my struggle and offered to help me across to the car park With my bag which I am most grateful for As a business i think that Leeds council should alter the highways to allow taxi/uber to drop guests that are coming to Leeds to add to the Economy of the city at there front door"

"We stayed at Dakota for our wedding in Leeds and we couldnโ€™t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning and the interior decor made for some great pictures on the morning of the wedding. We opted for the signature suite to ensure there was plenty of space for a bridal party to get ready. Not only is the hotel beautiful, every staff member we met was lovely and couldnโ€™t have been more accommodating. In particular Dave on the door was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, including rallying around us on the morning ensuring we had fans, mirrors, stools and plenty of refreshments when getting ready. Thank you for making our stay feel so special and we canโ€™t wait to stay again in the future."
