"I do not dislike pets but I do object to dogs under the tables in the restaurant. My friend is allergic and we had to move tables due to this situation arising. It’s unacceptable! Also breakfast was served 7.30-9.30 but at 9.25 everything was being cleaned away and some guests arriving at this time were not offered specialist milks or hot food. Unacceptable really. "Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Hotel rooms were great. The main big problem though was the sheer amount of noise when i stayed the Friday and Saturday night as the hotel has a very busy 1,2 bars/ pubs right behind the hotel and they go on until early hours of the morning so with all that and the hotel itself having big conference facilities it made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The main window in the room did not shut properly either and the bath plug was not working. So...
