Hotel Mesra Haiwan Kesayangan di Norwich

"Quite a quirky place. Easy to get lost first time, as not a standard layout of hotel. Don't be shy to ask staff to show you the way. Some places had no lift access. Room was clean, but the carpet needed a wash. Breakfast was okay."

"Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. It isn’t made very clear that an executive single purely means a slightly bigger bed. There’s nothing really executive about them (or room 15 anyway) whatsoever. In fact the room looks...

"Rather basic for the price. Comfortable bed, convenient parking"

"Accessible room. We love the spacious room with a fridge (so useful for some medication). The room was clean and stocked with basic tea, coffee and milk. The bed is a double. We would prefer a king-size but there would be less space around the bed. The mattress was very soft and not supportive. It was awkward, as people with reduced mobility, to sit on the side of the bed...my partner slid off. Also the bedside tables are tiny. More space is needed for medical equipment used at night plus a...

"The place was very accessibly to the city centre. The room was very clean, but some of the decor was a little tired. The bed was so comfortable. Lits of hot water for the shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money"

"A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back"

"The hotel is very worn in all areas - carpet dirty and coming up. Hallways are dark and dingy. The room was dirty with mold in the bathroom. No AC and the window only opened 1 inch so the room was incredibly hot despite 2 fans. The location is great but I would never stay here again. I left early to go to the Holiday Inn."

"The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible!"

"Old fashioned property with heaps of charm. Big room and easy check in"

"Great service very helpful would recommend this to you would be happy to stay again thank you."

"Clean room albeit old. Checkin was smooth and host was helpful. Minutes from the city centre"

"I had a great stay here cheap and on a budget but clean and beds comfortable"

"Simply stunning. Beautiful place to relax and unwind. A real luxury feel. Would definitely recommend."

"Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

"My new favourite place to stay when we come to Norfolk. A lovely hotel, amazing staff and really friendly locals. It was so lovely to see how busy the pub was with both food and drinks. The food was incredible, breakfasts were amazing. We popped downstairs later one evening and just had a dessert and they were more than happy to just serve that. All the staff were great, so friendly and went over and above when I mentioned something I needed for the room. The room was great, loved the...
