"Our stay at Auto Camp was an absolute delight. The airstream we rented was clean and organized, and the staff was helpful and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. "Staff were friendly but the room we stayed in wasn’t very clean. Tub was cracked, bathroom door was damaged, and sink’s strainer was off. I informed front desk about it. I was informed things would be fixed. No one came by to fix anything or to check on anything."

"The hotel is very close to the entrance to Sequioa National Park. The water pressure in the sink in the bathroom was not good. The room was clean and parking was convenient. The owner was very helpful."

"Common with most people, our primary reason for booking a room here was the convenience of being in the National Park. The staff were helpful - as an example, we were given complimentary toothbrushes as we were unable to recharge our electric toothbrush. Whilst we did not take breakfast we ate in the restaurant on two nights and enjoyed our food. We also booked and enjoyed a star gazing evening which began at the reception area of the Lodge. Our room was quiet and comfortable."

"The location and restaurant are the biggest plusses, just outside the park and on the river. The room was adequate in size but dated. Some type of deodorizer was used and it was strong and not pleasant, especially if room scents are bothersome to sinuses. It makes me think this was a smoking room that was converted and they were covering up the smell. The biggest issue was the major construction work in the parking lot outside of the rooms. "Bad experience"

"The cabin was dirty and unsafe. The stair treads were breaking. Inside the furniture was dirty and broken. The curtain rods and curtains were broken. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and the shower head was duct taped in place. Duct tape was also used to hold the sliding glass door in place on the back porch. We didn’t feel safe staying there with our children so we left. I do not recommend booking at this property."

"It has been since 2017 that I last visited the America Best Western Inn, where my experience was great. The air conditioning unit effectively maintained a cold room during the summer season. Our room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, although an iron would have been a welcome addition. Overall, I was very satisfied with my accommodations."

"The bed was so comfy!! Very clean room and clean pool area. Staff was super nice. The only thing I can say I didn’t like was the satellite tv almost never worked for the two nights I was there. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay!"
