Fast and easy checkin. Staffs were sweet. Room was pretty tidy but didn’t have many amenities inside. Heater was broken only gave off cool air. Came during winter so it was very cold inside the room. Nice free coffee at the front desk in the morning

electricity in all but 2 plugs were not working along with the phone. Door was so gaped that light was comming around it. the staff was very friendly. They offered to move us to a new room but I hate to move when I have my stuff in the room. There is a reason we have a handicaped room.

The rooms were updated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The price is great. But is the property outside was dirty? The stairs and walkways were dirty. The property outside could use a good power wash.

Comfortable firm bed, upstairs rooms FAR cleaner than lower in my experience. No idea that microwave and fridge only available on upper level! Required move. Walls poorly insulated; SO much noise!!! Neighbors and traffic. Best thing is the staff. Could not ask for more helpful and kind people.
